ILOILO City – A traffic mishap in Barangay Linayuan, Badiangan, Iloilo killed a 41-year-old man and injured a friend on Sunday night.
Arman Suresca of Barangay Fundidor, Molo district died of severe head injuries at the Federico Ramon Tallador Sr. Memorial District Hospital while Denmark Gramo, 29, of Barangay Tamuan, Janiuay, Iloilo was confined in the same hospital for body injuries.
Investigation disclosed that the two were riding a motorcycle when Suresca (driver) lost control of the vehicle and crashed against a sport utility vehicle driven by Boicee Cortuna.
Cortuna was detained at the Badiangan police station./PN
