CAPIZ – A 28-year-old man was arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay 6, Roxas City around 11:25 a.m. on Jan. 4.
The suspect was Ronilo Paclibar Sulam, a resident of Lapu-lapu Street, Barangay III, Roxas City.
Recovered from him were three sachets of suspected shabu, one cellphone and P500 buy bust money, a according to the police.
Operatives of the Roxas City Police Station Drug Enforcement Team carried out the buy-bust operation.
