ILOILO City – In Barangay in Barangay Namatay, Dingle, Iloilo a tricycle crashed into a van on Tuesday.
The tricycle driver, 46-year-old Allan Aguilar of Barangay Abaca, San Enrique, Iloilo, died on the spot.
The accident happened at around 4:54 p.m. Aguilar as headed toward the town of Anilao.
From what the police gathered from witnesses, Aguilar lost control of the tricycle.
