ILOILO – A motorcycle and a truck collided on Tuesday in Barangay Bulanan, Banate town.
A woman died while three others were injured.
Cherilyn Tupas, 22, was pronounced dead at the district hospital in Barotac Nuevo town.
Those injured were Tupas’ brother Jesmar, 16; her one-year-old daughter Chenika; and their motorcycle driver, Kenneth Pagdato, 23. They sustained minor injuries and were already out of the hospital.
All the victims were residents of Barangay Alimono, Passi City.
The collision happened at around 3:40 p.m.
The delivery truck was driven by Khim Balinatnat, 32, of Barotac Viejo town.
Balinatnat had no injuries. He was detained at the Banate police station./PN
