Alert Level 2 in Antique extended until April 15 except for San Jose, Sebaste

ANTIQUE-The provincial government of Antique made no changes to the measures implemented following the extension of Alert Level System 2 until April 15.

Last Tuesday, April 5, Gov. Rhodora Cadiao of Executive Order No. 32 An order extending the implementation of Alert Level 2 COVID-19 response in the province of Antique, except in the municipalities of San Jose de Buenavista and Sebaste which are now on Alert Level 1.

Under Cadiao’s executive order, there are guidelines for returning AntiqueƱos and Authorized Persons Outside the Residence (APORs)

* For Returning AntiqueƱos

The arrival of returning AntiqueƱos via Antique airport, Lipata (Culasi) port, or any other port or airport in Panay island shall be coordinated with the Municipal Health Office of their municipality for assessment and monitoring purposes. Public transport is allowed for those who have no private vehicles.

For fully vaccinated returning AntiqueƱos five (5) years old or above from areas outside Region VI:

 *Present COVID-19 vaccination card/vaccination certificate and valid ID/ birth certificate

 *Secure a notice of coordination from the Municipal Coordinator for Returning AntiqueƱos for monitoring purposes of the Municipal Local  Government Unit (MLGU)

*Undergo a health risk assessment upon arrival at the receiving municipality in the province of Antique and if symptomatic, undergo isolation and appropriate testing at the designated COVID-19 isolation facility. Food and supplies needed by the returning AntiqueƱos while in isolation shall be their personal or familiesā€™ responsibility

*Asymptomatic returning antique shall limit mobility and adhere to the guidelines at the local health authority specifically on symptom monitoring and reporting for at least seven days

For unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated returning AntiqueƱos five (5) years old or above from areas outside Region 6:

*Secure negative RT-PCR test, provided that the test has been conducted after a five days strict quarantine from the point of origin, provided further that the test result was done not earlier than three days before travel to the province of antique.

*Secure notice of coordination from the municipal coordination for returning AntiqueƱos

*Present valid ID/birth certificate

*Provide an approved S-Pass Quick Response  code apply for S-Pass at least twelve hours before travel to give leeway to the coordinator to process the request

*Undergo a health risk assessment upon arrival at the receiving municipality in the province of Antique and if symptomatic, undergo isolation and appropriate testing at the designated COVID-19 isolation facility. Food and supplies needed by the returning AntiqueƱos while in isolation shall be their personal or familiesā€™ responsibility

*Asymptomatic returning AntiqueƱos shall limit mobility and adhere to the guidelines at the local health authority specifically on symptom monitoring and reporting for at least seven days

For unvaccinated children four (4) of age or below from areas outside Region 6:

*Secure negative antigen test result, provided that the test has been conducted after a five-day strict quarantine from the point of origin, provided further, that the test result was done no earlier than three days before travel to the Province of Antique

*Secure notice of coordination from the municipal coordination for returning AntiqueƱos

*Present birth certificate

*Provide an approved S-Pass Quick Response code (apply for S-Pass at least twelve hours before travel to give leeway to the coordinator to process the request).

For APORs

Fully vaccinated APORs of national government agencies, their attached agencies, and other local government units, traveling on official business and coming from places outside of Region VI shall:

*Present COVID-19 vaccination card/vaccination certificate

*Provide their travel/mission order and valid ID

*Pass symptom screening at the port of entry

*Observe symptom monitoring and reporting and adhere to minimum public health standards for the duration of their stay

For unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated APORs traveling on official business within Region VI shall:

*Secure negative RT-PCR test result, provided that the test has been conducted after a five days strict quarantine from the point of origin, provided further that the test result was done not earlier than three days before travel to the province of antique.

*Present travel order/mission order and valid ID

*Provide an approved S-Pass Quick Response code (apply for S-Pass at least twelve hours before travel to give leeway to the coordinator to process the request).

*Present COVID-19 vaccination card/vaccination certificate

*Provide their travel/mission order and a valid ID.

 For tourists or staycationers anywhere from the Philippines

* Valid ID

* COVID-19 Vaccination Card or Vaccination Certificate or Medical Certificate stating that the holder is not eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine

* Proof of booking reservation issued by a DOT-accredited resort or hotel. Provided, that if the tourist will not stay overnight, booking, a reservation is no longer necessary./PN
