ILOILO City – In Barangay Boulevard, Molo district, a rape suspect was arrested on May 26.
From his house, Nestor Fresnillo, 59, was taken to the Molo police station.
He was served with an arrest warrant at around 5 p.m.
The court did not allow him to post bail for his temporary liberty./PN
