BACOLOD City – A woman was arrested for unauthorized sale of petroleum products in Barangay Oringao, Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental.
Juliet Francisco, 28, a resident of the said place, will face charges for violation of Presidential Decree 1865, which prohibits illegal trading of petroleum products.
Officers of the Kabankalan City Police Station arrested the suspect after she sold a bottle of gasoline for P65 to a police asset.
Several soft drink bottles containing gasoline were recovered from the suspect.
Francisco was taken to the police station for custody./PN
