BY NOW, my food journaling has gone to crazy, neurotic levels.
Even at social events where they serve hors d’oeuvre, I gather everything I want to eat on a plate, and photograph them.

Sometimes, photographing is easy; sometimes, I take a couple of minutes as I also want to capture a perfect photo.
If it ain’t pretty, it’s not getting into my tummy!

Running joke of some of my most familiar friends: They’re finished eating before I finish my photography.
Only a little part of it is a joke; the greater part is the truth.

Not a few people have been asking how to be brilliant like me.
Or healthy looking, if not outrightly healthy.
I say, it’s also in everything that I eat.

Laswa, alogbate with carne.
