BACOLOD City – Four persons are facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
They are Aldimer Gerasmia, 28; Frietch Gaspalinao, 34; Matthew John Macapal, 21; and Nico Eñosa, 23, all residents of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental.
According to the Pontevedra police, another drug suspect, 40-year-old Richard Villaspin, managed to evade arrest during a police operation staged around 7:40 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 29, in the town’s Barangay Miranda.
Recovered from the four suspects were seven plastic sachets of suspected shabu worth P4,550.
They were arrested and detained at the Pontevedra Municipal Police Station./PN
