BACOLOD City – A 42-year-old resident of Purok Guinam-an, Barangay Minoyan, Murcia, Negros Occidental was hacked to death at around 10 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 23. The suspect was his uncle.
Prior to the hacking, victim Lito Pabrua and 59-year-old suspect Francisco Roce had a drinking binge.
An altercation ensued after an old grudge was brought up against the suspect.
