BACOLOD City – Two severed human hands were found in a plastic ice cream container in Purok Kagaykay, Barangay 2 of this city, at around 6:20 a.m. yesterday, Jan. 25.
According to Punong Barangay Emelda Jamelo-Banguanga, a garbage collector found the container in a cardboard box.
Also found in the container were several ingredients for a stew, or linâgâ such as langka (jackfruit) and batuan (a souring ingredient).
Banguanga said no missing persons had been reported other than the one she recalled in November 2022.
Also with the plastic container was a piece of paper with a list of 22 names allegedly involved in illegal drugs and the words, “TANAN KAMU KUNG INDI KAMU MAG-UNTAT RAFFLE LANG NA…”
Bacolod City Police Station 2 Police Captain Jonito Pastrana said they will validate the individuals on the list.
