The Kalantiao Masonic Lodge No. 187, Masonic District No. RVI-Panay held an Installation of Officers and Fellowship Night on Feb. 11, 2023.
Under the jurisdiction of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines, Kalantiao Lodge 187 celebrated the gathering with the theme, “Harmony for one and all: The foundation of genuine Masonic fraternity.”
The 54th Public Installation of Elected and Appointed Officers was held in the Powell Hall of the Iloilo Masonic Center in Plaza Liberta, Iloilo City.
Kalantiao Lodge 187, Masonic Year 6023–6024, will be headed by Worshipful Master WB Ebenizer M. Escaniel, PM; Bro. Joel M. Vencer, Senior Warden; and Bro. Edgar M. Hallares, Junior Warden.
Meanwhile, Iloilo governor Arthur R. Defensor, Jr. graced the event as the Guest of Honor and Speaker.
A “Night of Serenade, Laughter and Fraternal Grip” followed at La Villa Function Hall, Days Hotel, Iloilo City.
While sharing a hearty meal, the brethren, sisters and guests had a Single Malt Night. They were also entertained with an acoustic play, a jazz saxophone performance, a comedy stand-up and other surprise numbers./PN
