BACOLOD City – A high-value drug suspect yielded over P1 million worth of suspected shabu yesterday along Rizal Extension in Purok Star Apple 2, Barangay 27.
The 26-year-old Mark Salmingo was a resident of the place.
Police recovered 13 medium and 45 small sachets of suspected shabu weighing about 150 grams and valued at P1,020,000.
Joint operatives of the Police Regional Office-Special Operation Unit 6, Philippine National Police-Drug Enforcement Group, and Bacolod City Police Station 4 made the arrest.
Salmingo is facing charges for violating Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
