ILOILO City – An 18-year-old died of electrocution in Barangay Salngan Passi City, Iloilo.
John Marvin Carleti of Sitio Agbagtuan, Barangay Tagubong, Passi City, was found with burns on his left hand around 6:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, inside his uncle’s sari-sari store.
Passi City’s Lieutenant Colonel Dennis Pamonag said Carleti was last seen having a drinking session with friends the night before.
“Basi na salapay nya ang open wire, dugang pa kay naka inom,” Pamonag said.
The victim’s family was convinced there was no foul play and has no plans to submit the body for an autopsy, added Pamonag./PN
