ILOILO – A dead man was found along the riverbank in Barangay Pandan, Dingle, Iloilo around 8:15 a.m. yesterday, March 21.
Arnel Seballos, 59, was a resident of Barangay Calicuang, Pandan.
Capt. Aileen Lacrite, police chief of Dingle, said they received a phone call from the Punong Barangay of Pandan.
“Ang utod nga babaye sang aton biktima nagkadto mismo didto sa scene kag gin-identify niya ini,” said Lacrite.
The body was already in an advanced state of decomposition.
Seballos went to a fiesta on Sunday morning. He was on his way home, crossing the river inebriated.
“Sa pagpangusisa ko sa pamilya, wala kuntra ang ila utod, kag gapati man sila nga wala ini sang foul play.” Lacrite said./PN
