CAPIZ – Two siblings drowned in a river in Barangay Matagnop in Dao town here on Monday morning.
Benjamin Dizon, 15, and Maricel, 10, were rushed to the Dao District Hospital, but they were declared “dead upon arrival”.
The victims were on a family outing when they drowned./PN
