CAPIZ – Several investors headed to this province on Friday, April 21, to join the Capiz Investors’ Forum, one of the highlights of Capiztahan 2023.
Held at Circulo Convention, Pueblo de Panay in Roxas City, among those who attended the forum were businesses affiliated with the European Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (ECCP).
ECCP executive director Florian Gottien headed the delegation. With him were Joe Bantiling, ECCP Western Visayas Business Council chairman, and Angelluz Aguirre, Western Visayas branch officer.
Potential investors were welcomed by Gov. Fredenil H. Castro. He thanked them for showing interest to invest in the province.
“We also want to find opportunities on logistics here. I think Capiz is a nice place to invest. We can see the potential. I like this place,” said Chinese investor Miki Fan.
He said their company is into aquaculture, car rentals and logistics./PN
