BACOLOD City – A 59-year-old man was stabbed dead.
Hernan Garayes went to check who was throwing stones at their house in Barangay Su-ay, Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental. He was attacked.
Police identified the suspect as Gary Pechora, 42, also of the locality.
The victim, with his son Earl John, went outside of their house around 10:40 p.m. on April 30, but Pechora suddenly attacked Gayares.
The suspect is being held at the local police station./PN
