GUIMARAS – A man was arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Barangay Fernando, Buenavista, Guimaras around 12:40 p.m. on Thursday, May 11.
Suspect Arlix Fernandez Andaluz was a resident of the place.
Recovered from the suspect were more or less six grams of suspected shabu with a market value of P40,800 and the buy-bust money.
Andaluz was arrested by joint forces of the Buenavista Municipal Police Station (MPS), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency and Guimaras Police Provincial Drug Enforcement Unit.
The suspect, held at the Buenavista MPS, faces charges under Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
