CAPIZ – A 16-year-old was caught with a .38 revolver in Sigma town.
In an interview with Radyo Bandera-Roxas, Sigma police chief Captain Mark Anthony Garcia said the minor was involved in a string of theft incidents and is considered a child in conflict with the law.
Charges for violation of Republic Act 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act, have been filed against the minor./PN
