Although we were all ears on President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.’s second State of the Nation Address, our eyes caught something else earlier yesterday.
The red carpet was again rolled out at the Batasang Pambansa Complex in Quezon City, and we were excited to see the outfits that figured this time.
In past SONAs and Congress openings, the red carpet was a fashion runway that showcased expensive and intricately designed clothes and statement pieces.
