CAPIZ – A high-value drug suspect was nabbed during a police operation in Barangay Tacas, Pontevedra.
Sulpicio “Junior” Devera, 54, of Barangay Timpas, Panitan, Capiz was collared on Tuesday, Aug. 1.
Operatives of the Pontevedra Municipal Police Station carried out the operation.
Six sachets of suspected shabu weighing more or less 25 grams and with an estimated value of P170,000, P3,500 marked money, a motorcycle and drug paraphernalia were recovered.
Devera is facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
