ILOILO – An Indian national was allegedly robbed by his customer in Barangay Ilaya, Barotac Nuevo on Saturday morning, Aug. 26.
The victim went to collect a debt payment. He alleged that he was suddenly taken into his customer’s house, where his collection of P10,000 was taken.
Alias “Maria,” the cafeteria owner, claimed the Indian entered their house and took her necklace on Aug. 25 in lieu of her unpaid debt.
Marie owed the Indian national P24,000.
The following day, the Indian allegedly demanded payment again, but the owner wasn’t home.
