KAPAMILYA star Awra Briguela has filed a counter affidavit in connection to the various complaints filed against her. This development comes months after the highly-publicized brawl she was involved in that happened on the streets of Poblacion, Makati.

Awra personally submitted the counter-affidavit to Senior Assistant Prosecutor Arvin Amata of the Makati City Prosecutor’s Office on Wednesday, Aug. 30. Joining the former child star was her lawyer, Atty. Mikaelo Jaime Reyes.

The 19-year-old filed the counter-affidavit against Mark Christian Ravana, for violation of section 1 of the Anti-Wiretapping law, slight physical injury, and a violation of the Safe Spaces Act.

In an interview with TV news show “24 Oras,” Atty. Mikaelo explained why they were filing the counter-affidavit. They have yet to give more comments about the complaints made against the actress.

“We are filing a counter affidavit as an answer to the three cases, that’s it. We are not making any further comments as of this moment,” he said.

Awra is facing various charges filed against her such as alarm and scandal, physical injuries, direct assault, and disobedience to authority. She spent several days in detention before being able to post bail amounting to P6,000.

Meanwhile, Vice Ganda earlier debunked the fake news spreading on social media as he revealed that he isn’t leaving Awra on her own anytime soon. In an interview with ABS-CBN News, the Unkabogable Star revealed that Awra remains to be one of her talents. (PUSH)
