GUIMARAS – A drug-pushing suspect from Barangay East Valencia, Buenavista, Guimaras fell in a buy-bust operation at 7:48 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 4.
Brian Apsay Aristoza yielded more or less six grams of suspected shabu.
The buy-bust money, improvised black canister, cellphone, and motorcycle were seized.
The operation was carried out by the Buenavista Municipal Police Station, Guimaras Police Provincial Office, Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 6 and PDEA-Guimaras.
The suspect will be charged with violations of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
