Due to mudslide, the Barangay Igbarawan road in Patnongon town again became temporarily impassable yesterday.
Around 8 a.m., the road was opened after clearing operations by the Department of Public Works and Highways, Municipal DRRMO, and barangay officials.
According to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration 09:54 a.m. weather bulletin, moderate to heavy rain showers with lightning and strong winds due to thunderstorms were experienced over Culasi, Antique, and nearby areas within 30 minutes to an hour.
The above conditions were also experienced in the coastal barangays of Barbaza, Laua-an, Bugasong, Patnongon, and Tibiao towns, which may persist for one to two hours and may affect nearby areas.
