ILOILO City – The Iloilo City Police Office (ICPO) seized P14.5 million worth of shabu in two months of operations.
A total of 108 drug suspects were arrested, ICPO data also showed.
For August, the ICPO recovered P7,221,052 worth of the illegal substance and P7,261,852 for September.
ICPO director Colonel Joeresty Coronica said that these were accomplished through the efforts of all police stations.
“We acknowledged the efforts of our men and those who gave us information about the presence of drug personalities and their activity,” Coronica said.
Coronica added that more operations will be conducted because of the information and tip-offs they have been receiving from the community.
“We will not stop running after drug personalities who continue to venture here. We hit them hard and place them behind bars,” Coronica added.
