ROXAS City – A 27-year-old woman was fatally shot by an unidentified assailant while riding a motorcycle along the highway in Barangay Adlawan, Roxas City.
The victim, Shella Mae Dulla of Barangay Tabuc Norte, Panitan, Capiz, was employed in Roxas City and was en route to her hometown in Panitan when she was attacked.
The Roxas City Police Station reported that they were alerted to the shooting around 7:50 p.m. on Nov. 3, 2023. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found Dulla’s body beside her motorcycle.
Local residents reported hearing three gunshots, which police are currently investigating.
Dulla, known for her drawing talent, was the primary provider for her eight siblings.
