ANTIQUE – Authorities collared the No. 6 provincial-level most wanted person in Sitio Igpatuyao, Barangay Poblacion, Sebaste, on Thursday, Dec. 14.
“Juanito” had an outstanding arrest warrant for lascivious conduct in relation to Republic Act No. 7610 (Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation, and Discrimination Act) issued by Hon. Josefina F. Muego, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court 6, Branch 13 in Culasi, Antique, on Sept. 30, 2023.
The recommended bail for his temporary release is P200,000.
The successful arrest resulted from the coordinated efforts of Sebaste Municipal Police Station, the Provincial Intelligence Unit, and the 2nd Antique Provincial Mobile Force Company.
Following the apprehension, the suspect will be turned over to the court handling the case./PN
