ILOILO City – An arrest warrant was successfully served by the police against Mark Orbidalla, the No. 3 most wanted person in Pavia, Iloilo, for murder.
The Iloilo City Mobile Force Company, with Iloilo City Police Station 5 (ICPS-5), Pavia Municipal Police Station, and Regional Intelligence Unit 6, carried out the arrest in Barangay Hibao-an Norte, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, at 9:30 p.m. on Dec. 23.
Hon. Emerald Requina-Contreras, Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court 6, Branch 23, signed the warrant on Oct. 17, 2022, with no bail recommended.
The arrested person is currently detained at the custodial facility of ICPS-5 before turnover to the court of origin./PN
