The confiscation of 57,465 grams of shabu, nearly doubling the previous year’s figure, reflects a significant disruption in the drug supply chain. While there’s a noticeable decrease in marijuana confiscation, the overall value of seizures — totaling approximately P390.98 million — marks a substantial economic blow to drug syndicates.
