BACOLOD City – The Sangguniang Panlungsod (SP) here urged the Bacolod City Water District-Prime Water Infrastructure Inc. (Baciwa-Prime Water) to provide an explanation for its poor services.
In a resolution recently approved by the SP, it was cited that consumers experience receiving turbid water or shortages in supply.
Councilor Israel Salanga, who penned the resolution, said these concerns have been brought to the attention of his office. Some have been posting online their experiences, the councilor added.
He urged Baciwa-Prime Water to address these issues immediately to provide a potable, reliable, and sustainable water supply to the city residents.
The SP, meanwhile, requested that Baciwa-Prime Water includes in their explanation their specific plans and actions./PN
