ANTIQUE – Two men are currently behind bars after a police entrapment operation on Wednesday, April 3, at around 1:45 a.m. in Barangay 8, San Jose de Buenavista, Antique.
Suspects alias “Digol,” 33, a construction worker, and alias “Danny,” 45, of Barangay Guinbangga-an, Laua-an, Antique allegedly sold a sachet of suspected shabu to an undercover police operative.
Three more sachets of the illegal substance were confiscated from the suspects.
Police further revealed that both suspects have prior records.
At present, the two individuals are detained at the San Jose Municipal Police Station, facing charges of violating Republic 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
