ANTIQUE – Around P36,000 in cash from a chicken store were lost to robbers in Sibalom town early Thursday morning, April 18.
Police Major Renato Monreal II, officer-in-charge of the Sibalom Municipal Police Station, said that robbers also took away the store’s closed circuit television camera.
Monreal added that robbers gained entry into the store by destroying the roll-up door and padlock.
Sibalom police further believed the incident was an “inside job” because robbers knew where the money was kept.
As of this writing, police were still investigating the incident to identify the suspects./PN
