ANTIQUE – A 42-year-old man was apprehended for illegal fishing in Barangay Poblacion, Patnongon town around 11:35 a.m. yesterday.
Police identified the suspect as Jose Magtiza, a resident of the village.
Officers of the Patnongon Municipal Police Station (MPS) seized from Magtiza a fishing boat that has no permit to operate.
Magtiza was taken into custody by the Patnongon MPS for proper disposition./PN
