ANTIQUE – The Hamtic Municipal Police Station (MPS) in this province successfully arrested the town’s six most wanted persons on Thursday, September 26.
Police caught the following suspects through the strength on arrest warrants for rape charges:
* No. 3 most wanted alias “Jose”, 27;
* No. 4 most wanted alias “Rotchie”, 22;
* No. 5 most wanted alias “Jhon”, 20;
* No. 6 most wanted alias “Romeo”, 24;
* No. 7 most wanted alias “Raymond”, 31; and
* No. 8 most wanted alias “Rodmel”, 29.
The suspects, who were all residents of the municipality of Tobias Fornier, are now detained at the Hamtic MPS. The court recommended no bail bond for their temporary liberty.
Western Visayas top cop, Brigadier General Jack Wanky, extolled the police officers involved in the successful operations.
“Ang magandang ugnayan ng pulisya, mamamayan at iba pang ahensya ng pamahalaan ay isang malaking tulong para matunton ang pinagtataguan ng mga wanted na ito. Patuloy lang ho tayong mag tulongan para mahuli pa natin ang mga natitirang wanted persons sa rehiyon,” he added./PN
