Wendy Castro, social welfare officer of the city’s Department of Social Service and Development (DSSD), said as of October 30, 96 families were identified to get assistance from the city government.

DSSD data showed that a total of 76 houses were damaged and 20 were destroyed from the following barangays: Taculing, Singcang, Sum-ag, Estefania, Alijis, Vista Alegre, Punta Taytay, Pahanocoy, Tangub, 30, Felisa, Banago, Cabug, 1, Mansilingan, and Mandalagan.
