The Iloilo Police Provincial Office followed, recovering illegal drugs valued at P340,000.
Brigadier General Jack Wanky, regional police director, commended the collaborative efforts between law enforcement, community members, and partner agencies.
“These accomplishments reflect the collective resolve of the police, the community, and partner agencies to prevent the proliferation of illegal drugs in Western Visayas,” Wanky said.
The arrested suspects are now in police custody and face charges under Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002./PN
