KRIS Lawrence is one proud dad as he and his 13-year-old daughter, Katie, marked their first onstage performance together at a Christmas party for neurodivergent kids.
The celebrity dad gave a glimpse of their backstage preparations and actual performance through a series of posts on his Facebook page.
Lawrence gushed over Katie, who has been diagnosed with mild autism, and marveled at how she already “loves the spotlight.”
“My first time on stage with Katie! She’s so funny — walking out on stage when it’s not her turn!” Lawrence said in the caption.
Addressing his child, he added. “You did so well baby. Papa is so proud of you. I love you so much!”
Lawrence shares Katie with his former partner, actress Katrina Halili. They welcomed their daughter in 2012.
In 2023, Halili opened up about her daughter’s mild autism and how it taught her to be more patient as a mother.
(Anne Pasajol © Philippine Daily Inquirer)
