CAPIZ – Regular employees of the Capiz provincial and Roxas City governments will have a merry Christmas this year as they are set to receive big bonuses.
On Monday, December 16, Gov. Fredenil Castro announced that regular capitol employees will get a total of P55,000 – Collective Negotiation Agreement Incentive (CNAI) of P30,000, Productivity Enhancement Incentive (PEI) of P5,000 and Service Recognition Incentive (SRI) of P20,000.
Job order workers will also receive P12,000 composed of a gratuity pay of P5,000 and P7,000 more from the provincial government.
Moreover, all capitol employees will get 25 kilos of rice each.
“Ang paghatag sang provincial government sang maximum nga amount sang bonuses ang pagpasalamat sa mga empleyado para sa ila pag-trabaho sa bilog nga tuig kag pag-serbisyo sa publiko sa idalom sang akon administration,” the governor said.
On the part of the Roxas City Government, aside from the P55,000 bonus for each regular worker, contractual and job order employees will each receive P17,000 and 12,000, respectively.
“Madamo sang awards nga nakuha ang syudad subong nga tuig 2024 kun sa diin ang yabe sang nangin kadalag-an sini amo ang ginhatag nga bulig kag effort sang mga empleyado rason nga deserve man sang mga ini nga hatagan sang maximum nga bonus,” Mayor Ronnie Dadivas said.
Each city hall employee will also be given 25-kilo rice./PN
