IPPO seizes P6.2-million shabu, arrests 31 drug suspects in Jan.

ILOILO – The Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO) has apprehended 31 individuals and confiscated a total of P6.2 million worth of shabu during a month-long anti-drug operation.

According to IPPO data, 24 separate operations were conducted across various police stations in January, leading to the arrest of 31 drug suspects, including four high-value targets.

A total of 918.63 grams of shabu were seized during these operations.

IPPO director, Police Colonel Razalan, praised his personnel for their efforts in intensifying the crackdown on drug pushers.

“I commend my men for responding to my call to ramp up operations in their respective areas. We will not stop pursuing these criminals,” Razalan stated.

In a notable operation, the Pavia Police Station seized P1 million worth of shabu in Barangay Mali-ao, Pavia, on Saturday, February 1.
