HEART Evangelista took to social media to look back on her life’s journey ahead of her 40th birthday on Valentine’s Day.
“Tomorrow will be 40 years in, and I’ve learned that growth isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it,” she posted on her Instagram page on Thursday, February 13.
The actress and style icon highlighted how she embraced self-acceptance through the years. “I’ve come to love every part of me — flaws, fears, and everything in between. I’ve learned things the hard way, but more importantly I’ve learned to forgive myself,” she said.
Heart also underscored the lessons she has learned along the way, emphasizing that what truly matters is love, peace, and being true to oneself.
“I’m stepping into this next chapter with so much gratitude, knowing every step has brought me exactly here, to this moment. #Chapter40,” she stated.
In another post, Heart shared the photos for her 40th birthday pictorial shot by BJ Pascual.
“#Becoming40 is just 20, but with better decisions and an earlier bedtime. 🤭🤍 #CHAPTER40,” she wrote in the caption.
