BACOLOD City – The Bacolod City Police Office – Drug Enforcement Unit’s (BCPO-DEU) anti-narcotics operation yielded approximately 150 grams of suspected shabu worth around P1,020,000 in Purok Lubi, Barangay 3 here at 10:29 p.m. on February 17.
They also arrested three suspects identified as aliases “Jason”, 30, tagged as a high-value target, and street-level suspects “Charles”, 29, and “John”.
The three are now under police custody and will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Data from the BCPO showed that from February 10 to 16, 11 police operations across the city led to the arrest of 13 suspects and confiscation of P1.38 million worth of illegal drug./PN
