ILOILO City – Ten plastic sachets of suspected shabu valued at around P88,400 were seized in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Hipodromo, City Proper district.
Officers of the Station Drug Enforcement Team of the Police Station 7 carried out the operation that also led to the arrest of live-in partners aliases “Brook”, 31, and “Boy”, tagged as a street-level suspect, on Tuesday night, March 4.
The confiscated illegal drugs weighed approximately 13 grams, police said.
The suspects are currently detained at the custodial facility of Police Station 7. They will be charged for violation of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002)./PN
