THE Philippines’ Alexie Brooks debuted her vocal chops to the pageant world and finished strong in the talent competition of the 2025 Miss Eco International tilt in Egypt.

The Filipino contender has been engaging in sports since she was a kid, and broke into the national scene in athletics. She became part of the Philippine national team for the 31st Southeast Asian Games in Vietnam in 2022.

“Special thanks to Coach Carlo Yanesa for your time and help po and to the Miss Eco International,” Brooks said after her talent competition.

Canada’s Julianne Nieh edged Brooks out of the top spot with her tap dance routine, while Japan’s Miu Sakurai finished third with her traditional dance performance.

Brooks is aiming to score the Philippines’ third victory in the Miss Eco International pageant following Cynthia Thomallia in 2018 and Kathleen Paton in 2022.
