NOCECO worker’s house looted

BACOLOD City – A 51-year-old  employee of the Northern Negros Electric Cooperative (NOCECO) in Kabankalan City lost about P100,000 worth of personal belongings, cash and firearms to burglars.

Anagree Garde’s house in Brgy. Delicioso, Ilog town was looted.

At the time of the burglary on Sunday, Garde said, all of the household members were out.

They discovered the robbery upon their return.

The robbers entered the house by destroying its jalousies.

Missing were  a laptop with USB; cell phone worth P6,000; a licensed .45 caliber firearm with live ammunitions; P7,000 cash; and a licensed 12-gauge Smith and Wesson shotgun.

The loot was estimated to have reached P100,000.

The Ilog police under Senior Insp. Joshua Villasis has yet to identify suspects./PN
