ILOILO City was cited in the Top 10 safest urban centers where prospective property buyers may choose to settle, according to the country’s premier property portal Persquare Philippines.
Ranking No. 2, “Iloilo City got its nickname City of Love because it has the nicest people in the world. Aside from the hospitable locals, Iloilo City is also known for its great police force and rigorous government,” Persquare posted on its website Sept 5.
Iloilo City was among identified top locations considered “safe and sound” for those looking for house to stay.
“The citation affirmed the city’s growing reputation as livable, safe and peaceful place to live, work or do business in the metropolis for both locals and visitors and investors alike,” stressed Mayor Jed Patrick Mabilog.
