ILOILO City – A grocery store at the public market of Dingle, Iloilo was partially damaged by fire.
The fire started from the ceiling of Elizabeth Tacda’s store around 9:48 a.m. on Monday, initial police investigation showed.
“Fortunately, the fire did not spread to other stores. The fire bureau was immediately informed,” said Police Officer 3 Leo Ron Anerbis.
The fire was completely put out by 10:25 a.m.
As of this writing, Dingle’s Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) was yet to determine what triggered the fire.
