ILOILO City – Around 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 23, a 19-year-old lad was detained at the police station of La Paz district.
Jomar Dela Cruz of Zone 3, Bo. Obrero, Lapuz district was reeking with liquor and rowdy, according to village watchmen Dose Pares Villaruel and Ireneo Subibi.
