ILOILO City – A tricycle and a passenger jeepney figured in a road mishap in Barangay Botong, Oton, Iloilo. Who’s at fault?
According to 40-year-old jeepney driver Henry Ubal of Barangay Cabanbanan, Oton, it was the tricycle that hit his vehicle around 6:10 p.m. on Friday.
Ubal said he was bound for Tigbauan town when the tricycle driven by 56-year-old Nelito Gacho bumped into his jeepney.
Gacho was a resident of Barangay Buray, Oton. He was traveling from Tigbauan and was returning to Oton.
Gacho injured his head and left leg.
While Ubal insisted on his innocence, he agreed to be taken to the Oton police station./PN
